About us

OICT – The Turin Real Estate Market Observatory is a tool available to public bodies and private institutions. It was created in 2000 following an agreement between the Politecnico di Torino and the Turin Municipality, and since 2007, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture of Turin.

Thanks to its specialised staff, the OICT has become a key tool to understand, monitor and assess the dynamics, structure and characteristics of the real estate market; it can be used as a support tool in territorial management and planning and is able to guarantee greater transparency of the real estate market.

The OICT currently has extensive information organised in databases and managed by a Territorial Information System.
